I remember watching my aunt teach a children’s class once and being struck by how she introduced the Bible story. Before she ever told the story, she spoke of how the Bible was special – a true book and not a book of fairy tales or make believe.
It’s an important concept and one I have been impressed with, especially lately. I made a little booklet to use in teaching a class at church. And I thought perhaps it might be useful to some of you as well.
May we all realize the great privilege and responsibility it is to read God’s precious word!
