Courage is asking for help when you need it.

Courage is doing the right thing, even when no one else joins you.
Courage is changing when you need to grow.
Courage is coming back, even after you’ve messed up.
Courage is waking up and beginning again.
Courage is asking again, even after rejection.
Courage is speaking boldly, even with the threat of persecution.
Courage is unabashedly being different.
Courage is continuing to serve even when your heart aches.
Courage is staying because you know it helps someone else.
Courage is leaving your home to where God has called you.
Courage is obeying God’s promptings, despite people’s disapproval.
Courage is refusing to stoop to hatred, despite provocation.
Courage is enduring in eloquent silence, knowing that the rewards far outweigh the suffering.
Courage is grown in the soil of trial.
Courage is fanned into flame by the words of God.
Courage is rough edged, beautiful, and fluttering.
Courage is imperfect, for it is found in people.
Courage is what we need to continue on.
Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord! ~ Psalm 31:24
